Focus

I have no focus. For example: yesterday I was doing laundry, and I took a bunch of clothes that needed to be air-dried out of the washer and back to my apartment. I sat them in a ball on a chair and hung two pieces up before I then started doing the dishes. Somehow I completely forgot in the space of two seconds that I needed to hang up the rest of the clothes! I do these kinds of things all the time. I think my first order of business in changing myself will be to learn how to focus. Whether this is by meditation or medication I am not sure. Stay tuned…

    How much sleep do you get at night? Try a week of 7-8 hours of sleep a night. I find my focus slips when I don’t get enough sleep.

    Hello,
    I only get about 6 hours of sleep on average. I should try sleeping more and see if that helps.

    Six hours is not all that bad, a nice hot cup of coffee always does me wonders any time of the day. As crazy as this sounds I am finding lists to be an invaluable way for me to remember things. Because like you I di forget things all the time, but with the list, if its not scratched off I know I still have to do it.

    Of course.. if I forget about the list, lol.
